Whipped yogurt
& feta dip
Perfect for pairing with crisp vegetables, warm pita, or as a vibrant spread for sandwiches and wraps, our light yet indulgent dip delivers a delightful and versatile Mediterranean flair to any table
Ingredients
200g Feta Cheese, crumbled
1 pot GA Plain Low Fat Yogurt
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ clove of Garlic, or any flavour of your preference e.g. mint, dill, parsley or chilli flakes.
Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes, chopped parsley or mint for garnish
Method
In a food processor, place the feta, yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Pulse until creamy.
Place in a shallow bowl, drizzle over more olive oil and garnish with pinches of Aleppo pepper and chopped parsley.
Serve as a dip with pita bread, stalks of fresh vegetables.
